Richland HOA Annual Meeting Oct 24th The Richland HOA annual meeting occurred the evening of October 24th. We were able to live stream it to the Richland Facebook page - but know that some people had difficulty joining. We also have a few technical difficulties - clearly we aren't FB influencers! There was also quite alot of discussion regarding the lakes - and the need to remediate the sediment. Many residents feel that the County has some responsibility for the increase in sedimentation over the past 10 years.
