Richland HOA Annual Meeting Oct 28th Mark your calendars for the Richland HOA Annual Meeting on October 28th. Sign-in will begin at 6:30 PM, with the meeting starting at 7:00 PM. This is a key event for the community, where we’ll be presenting the finalized annual budget. As you all know, most contracts have once again seen an increase in cost year over year, we'll talk about our plans to control expenses. We'll also talk about implementing a dedicated assessment and reserve fund for upcoming lake maintenance activities. In addition to these updates, we’ll be electing new board members. The nominating committee has put forward two candidates for the two open positions, but nominations from the floor will also be accepted during the meeting (See Below).
