🎃 The Most Wonderful Time of the Year! It’s that magical time of year again, Richland… the leaves are turning, the skeletons are migrating from garage bins to front porches, and the HOA inbox is filling up with ARC requests for 12-foot clowns and animatronic zombie babies. Husbands are arguing with the budget committee for a seasonal increase (something about tariffs and fog machines), and one neighbor keeps asking to put a mourning shroud on the clubhouse.      Richland HOA Annual Meeting Oct 24th The Richland HOA annual meeting occurred the evening of October 24th. We were able to live stream it to the Richland Facebook page - but know that some people had difficulty joining. We also have a few technical difficulties - clearly we aren't FB influencers!
