  Neighborhood Watch Notice — Request for Camera Review and Information We are reviewing a concerning sequence of events involving the lower tennis parking area, lower tennis cabana area, and nearby common-area trail/bridge area. Available video from the early morning hours of June 22 shows a dark SUV/crossover with roof rails and a sunroof in the lower tennis parking area around approximately 12:40–12:41 a.m. , with at least two individuals visible near the vehicle. There are two other vehicle which appears to be associated with it based on the footage.   One appears to be a  2024 Hyundai Palisade with plates that appear to read  DFR9486 , and a related sedan. The vehicle description is consistent with one of the SUV/crossover visible in one of the recordings. This is July 2026 , which means America is turning 250 years old . That’s right. Two hundred and fifty years of independence, fireworks, cookouts, flag-themed clothing, suspiciously competitive cornhole games, and the sacred national tradition of standing in a driveway asking, “Do we have enough ice?” And because this is Richland, we are not merely celebrating with hot dogs and fireworks. No, no. We have decided to make this a proper semiquincentennial gathering, which is apparently the official word for a 250th birthday and also what you say after stubbing your toe on the coffee table.
