The Richlander Website has successfully migrated to the NABR Network. You can still access it via the web @ www.richlander.com . In addition to traditional web access, we now how have a mobile app. You can also set your preferences to receive communications through text message alerts or opt to receive the same information via email or you can just regularly check the community feed for updates. Additionally, you are able to pay dues, reserve the clubhouse and submit ACC requests all virtually. Don’t forget the Richland HOA Annual Egg Hunt is going to be Saturday, April 16th at the Clubhouse/Playground area from Noon to 2pm. We will have an Egg Hunt for children 0 to 10 years old by age (0-3; 4-6; 7-10). Those interested in helping out should email social@richlander.com .
