E nd of Summer Pig Roast, Luau, Pool Closing Party - September 9th. Annual end of summer Pig Roast and Luau is scheduled for Saturday, September 9th. We generally start smoking the meat Friday afternoon. If all goes well, we will have food ready from 12:30 to 4pm. And while we appreciate volunteers, if Ukko , Yu Shi ,  Chaac or Mikáhrin  show up to help, it usually means it'll take slightly longer! We'll have smoked pulled pork, chips, drinks and sides. As always, this is a BYOAB event (bring your own adult beverage). Come on down for a lei and one last dip in the pool. While we have volunteers lined up to smoke the meats, we are still looking for some volunteers to help prepare VEGAN and/or VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. If you enjoy cooking, understand the dietary/preparation needs of herbivores, and on occasion, can take extreme praise (or mild criticism) from complete strangers, please email: social@richlander.com to offer yourself as tribute - just let us know your ideas* for vegan...
