Stay up to date with all the happenings in the Richland Community.  Download the NABR Network App for your phone, or check it out on the website.  Once you set up your account, you set your preferences to receive communications through text message alerts or opt to receive the same information via email or you can just regularly check the community feed for updates. Additionally, you are able to pay dues, reserve the clubhouse and submit ACC requests all virtually.
       

July 4th Celebration

The HOA will be grilling Burgers, Hot Dogs and have chips @ the Swimming Pool.  A DJ will also be playing tunes - both patriotic and upbeat.   If you happen to be in town July 4th, come on down and spend the afternoon with your neighbors.  We'll try to have the first round of food ready around 4pm and fireworks around 9pm.   Please note, this is a BYOB (bring your own beverage event).   Kona Ice will be stopping by if you'd like to buy a snow cone for the kiddos!  

As we did last year, a neighbor who resides on the lake near the clubhouse is collecting donations to put on another great fireworks display.  Donations can be made via Venmo.   We are about 50% towards our goal of $2000.  If you don't do Venmo, but would still like to contribute, you can text: 678.378.1344.

Bring a chair, blanket, etc and claim your spot on the lawn in front of the clubhouse or along the sidewalk on Taylor Rd.

Thank You Social Committee Members!

The Richland HOA Board would express our thanks and gratitude to the members of the Social Committee.  These individuals have done an incredible job during the last 2 years coordinating and putting on the various event for our community.  Co-Chairs Carol F. & Bridget M. and volunteers Sarah C. , Kathy B.,  Gani B., and Christina A. have all shown passion and dedication - each and everyone has gone above and beyond for each event, ensuring there are decorations, music, food, drink, and all the other little things that go into making these events successful.  The Board would also like to recognize the outgoing members and volunteers, Co-Chair Bridget M., Jan S. and Cindy S. for their service to the Richland Community.  Finally, we'd like to welcome the new Social Committee Members - Gabe T. and Natasha T. and congratulate Christine A. as the new Co-Chair.    If you would like personally thank the Social Committee, be part of the committee, or just want to help out on occasion,  you can email: Social@Richlander.com.

• Family Movie Night - Friday July 22
• Join the Richland Social Committee for an enchanted Family Movie Night!! The FREE popcorn will be popping, the loud speakers up, and ENCANTO will be playing on the 200 inch projector screen! Recommended to Bring: Lawn chairs, blankets to lay out, your preferred drinks/snacks, bug spray, and maybe a tissue or two (this one will make even the grown-ups get misty-eyed).

Food Truck Fridays

We have food trucks scheduled for most Fridays this summer. So plan to take a break from cooking and support these local businesses.  The tentative dates are below.  Please note, these may be subject to change.   If you have suggestions for food trucks to invite, please email social@richlander.com with ideas!

RICHLAND SHARING LIBRARY

Just a reminder – we have small community library at the clubhouse. Feel free to pick up or drop off a book. If you do want to donate a book for others to enjoy, please place them on the shelves. The library is located on the pool side of the clubhouse. There is a wide variety including romance, self help, historical fiction and science fiction.

The Richland Book Club

The Richland Book Clubs meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7pm at the Clubhouse.  Please contact Ingrid Shell directly at ingrid.r.shell@gmail.com for more details.

Bingo is generally held the 3rd Wednesday of every month  at the Clubhouse.   Please check the FB Page, or email Social@richlander.com for more information.

Many of you know we opened phase one of the walking trails last fall.   We will be doing trail maintenance in the next few weeks (as soon as it dries up). The trail is accessible behind the lower tennis courts on Quinton Rd.  Just follow the concrete sidewalk until you get to the gravel trail.   Phase 2 of the trail will begin this Spring.  This portion of the trail will follow the creek on other side of the current trail.

      

The Richland HOA Social Committee is always looking for folks to help out at events!
