Richland HOA Annual Meeting Oct 28th
Mark your calendars for the Richland HOA Annual Meeting on October 28th. Sign-in will begin at 6:30 PM, with the meeting starting at 7:00 PM. This is a key event for the community, where we’ll be presenting the finalized annual budget. As you all know, most contracts have once again seen an increase in cost year over year, we'll talk about our plans to control expenses. We'll also talk about implementing a dedicated assessment and reserve fund for upcoming lake maintenance activities. In addition to these updates, we’ll be electing new board members. The nominating committee has put forward two candidates for the two open positions, but nominations from the floor will also be accepted during the meeting (See Below). If you’re interested in being considered or would like to nominate someone, this is your chance to participate, you can also organize your neighbors and do a write in campaign. We’ll also provide updates on important topics such as:
- The status of electronic voting and our progress towards implementing it.

- The ongoing issue with county-induced sediment buildup from construction projects and dam failures, and the county’s continued refusal to address it.
