The weather is getting hotter, and the pool is getting warmer!  Come on down to the pool on June 4th from Noon-4pm as the HOA Board and Social Committee hosts our Annual Summer Pool Party.  We'll have a DJ playing the latest (and not so latest) summer tunes while the HOA Board and Social Committee will grill and serve hamburgers and hot dogs (while supplies last). The Richlander Website has successfully migrated to the NABR Network. Additionally, you are able to pay dues, reserve the clubhouse and submit ACC requests all virtually.          Don’t forget the Richland HOA Annual Egg Hunt is going to be Saturday, April 16th at the Clubhouse/Playground area from Noon to 2pm. We will have an Egg Hunt for children 0 to 10 years old by age (0-3; 4-6; 7-10). Those interested in helping out should email social@richlander.com .
