  It's official - if you are reading this, you've made it to the last month of the year.  Congratulations :)   You survived Kroger Wednesday, Thanksgiving Thursday, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday and Giving Tuesday.   And we all know what comes next!  That's right, just a few more weeks until the Winter Solstice.  What is the Winter Solstice you ask????   Well,  simply speaking - t he winter solstice is the longest night and shortest day of the year.  And what better way to celebrate it than going to Stonehenge!  If you haven't booked your flight to  England, you better hurry - round trip to Heathrow is about $1,300 right now.  Once in London, it's just a 91 mile drive to Wiltshire.    Dress appropriately, the average temps are in the low to mid 40's.  A thermos of  Wassail  should keep you warm though!   What?  Not up for traveling t...

Richland HOA Annual Meeting - Special Edition

     Richland HOA Annual Meeting Oct 24th The Richland HOA annual meeting occurred the evening of October 24th. We were able to live stream it to the Richland Facebook page - but know that some people had difficulty joining. We also have a few technical difficulties - clearly we aren't FB influencers! There was also quite alot of discussion regarding the lakes - and the need to remediate the sediment.  Many residents feel that the County has some responsibility for the increase in sedimentation over the past 10 years.  As a result several property owners requested contact information for our County Representive to raise visibility.  O...

     End of Summer Pig Roast and Luau  - October 2nd The Annual End of Summer Pig Roast and Luau has been re-scheduled to October 2nd from 12-4pm. We'll have pulled pork, chips, drinks and sides. As always, this is a BYOB event (bring your own beverage). Come on down and for a lei and one last dip in the pool.
