It’s that magical time of year again, Richland… the leaves are turning, the skeletons are migrating from garage bins to front porches, and the HOA inbox is filling up with ARC requests for 12-foot clowns and animatronic zombie babies. Husbands are arguing with the budget committee for a seasonal increase (something about tariffs and fog machines), and one neighbor keeps asking to put a mourning shroud on the clubhouse.    Welcome to the July 2025 Newsletter! Summer is in full swing here in Richland, and we’re excited to share updates and upcoming events to help you make the most of the season! First, a quick note: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the non-working heater at the feature pool . We’re currently working with the vendor, who is covering the repairs under warranty . Unfortunately, the required parts are being custom-built , which is causing some delay—but we’re on it and appreciate your patience. With our recent heat wave, pool heaters have been turned off for July and August. We will resume pool heating in September as outdoor temperatures begin to cool down again. Now on to the fun—our July 4th celebration is right around the corner, and it’s shaping up to be a fantastic day of food, music, and fireworks! πŸŽ† July 4th Celebration – Fireworks, Food & Fun! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Mark your calendars, Richland!
